The left shoulder pad has some icky demon skull and chaos sign on it. These need to be replaced by a Crux Terminatus. Since my green stuff skills are rather non existent, I decided to go another way. I had some shoulderpads left with a Crux. So, I carefully cut the Chaos shoulder pad in 2 following the raised rim. Next I cut and sanded the Crux shoulderpad so it would fit against the rim of the Chaos one. Glue that together, add the little 'wing' thing from the bottom of the Chaos shoulder pad and done.
Next was the right shoulderpad. I could have use a decal (too fiddley), green stuff (not likely) so I ended up trying something new. I took a DA symbol from the DA upgrade sprue and removed the lil standard at the bottom. Then I sanded down the backside till I ended up with a a very thin plastic DA symbol that was pretty flexible. I gently curved it over a round pencil till it matched the curve of the shoulderpad. GLued it on and made sure to keep pressure on it so it would stick the shoulderpad curves while drying.
The end results looks pretty cool :
